Return/Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and initiate the return process by contacting us via email:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and preferably packaged in the same box you received it in.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process. We can identify you quickly when you contact us with the email you used for ordering. Please, make sure to include your name and order number in this email.

You will be responsible for the postage fee to ship the items to our German offices. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As we are mostly handling items with a value over 75 EUR, please always use use a trackable shipping service or/or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use reliable and trackable services. If a package does not find its way to us, we are not able to refund you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Inspecting and refunding your item may take up to two weeks. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you have paid with a credit card, please be aware that the purchase might not be refunded directly to your connected bank account but instead will be deleted from your next bill.

There is often a small processing time before a refund is posted, please contact your bank about that. 

If we have processed your refund but you have not received a refund within 2 weeks, please contact us.

Frequently Asked Questions

- I ordered by mistake. How can I cancel my order?

If you are quick, we may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed! Please email us as soon as possible at or by using the contact form.

- I entered wrong details! What do I do?

Please contact us immediately and tell us your order number, your name, and the correct details. When an order hasn't been shipped yet, we might be able to change details.

- The clothes do not fit me, can I get another size?

As the pieces we sell are pre-loved and unique, we usually only have them in one size available. Feel free to browse our online-store for similar garments!

- There is something wrong with the piece I ordered.

Damages/Condition: If there are damages, such as stains, holes or ripped material, which were not displayed on the product page when you bought the item(s), please contact us with close-up pictures, and we will look into it further.
While some of the garments we sell are new; many of them are not, they may have imperfections. We do our very best to take a variety of product pictures to display every little damage and every minor signs of wear we find. We strictly believe that small imperfections add texture and can elevate the aesthetics of a garment. We list an objective evaluation of the condition in all product descriptions: but a subjective evaluation should be made by the observer. 

Material: Materials are generally displayed on each product page (unless the material tag is missing). If you happen to not like the material, you may request a return and receive a refund after you shipped the item(s) back to us. 

Size: We have size conversion tables on each product page. You may also request measurements on the page of the item you are interested in and we will measure out the item for you! If a piece still ends up being too large or too small, feel free to request a return.

Authenticity: We do our very best to authenticate each item and to display each piece as transparent as possible for our customers -- therefore we take  extra steps to take a variety of pictures of all tags and minor details of each garment. As we handle secondhand items, garments age and/or tags are sometimes removed by the pre-owners or are otherwise missing, so that authentication can be difficult. If you think, you received a piece that is not authentic, email us immediately with your info to request a return.
