New with tag: The product still has the tag on and has zero signs of usage.
Perfect: The product has been worn gently and has little to no signs of usage.
Good: The product is pre-worn and shows visible signs of usage.
Acceptable: The product is in wearable condition but shows obvious signs of thorough usage and sometimes has minor damages.
Damaged: The product has major and/or extremely visible damages.

Shipping is free for all orders. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL, from our offices in Germany. Domestic orders are delivered within 1-2 working days and orders from elsewhere in Europe or the UK take between 4-12 working days to arrive.
Shipping outside the EU takes 10-20 working days, depending on location.

If you would like to return an item, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process. You will then be asked to ship the item back to our offices in Germany.

What is outrare?
Founded in 2022, Outrare was born from Pretty Different, a cozy little vintage boutique located in our hometown, Oldenburg.

While supplying our customers in Germany with vintage pieces, we had accumulated a large collection of rare garments: Incredible works of art and craftsmanship by mythical designers and legendary fashion houses. Pieces that really blew us away. We wanted to talk about them and we wanted to share them with the world. We knew we had to catalog these pieces and bring them online.

Outrare as well as Pretty Different were founded with a similar vision; to help shape and support a world where fashion choices become more sustainable. Imagine a world where garments are constructed to last for more than ten wears. A world where we grow more conscious of what we wear, a world where more respect is given to the garment.

Where did it come from? What is it made out of? Who designed it? Who sewed it? Why?

For most clothes manufactured and sold over the counter today, the answers will be infuriating.

We want to be the alternative. We want to offer you a modern luxury shopping experience and a mind-blowing collection of masterpieces from the most legendary fashion houses and designers.

Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL, from our offices in Germany. Delivery time depends on the destination country but is generally between one day and one week. Read all the details here!

Payments
You can pay using major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Klarna pay later and a number of other payment providers that vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any cash on delivery services.

Condition
While some of the garments we sell are new; many of them are not. They may have imperfections. We strictly believe that small imperfections add texture and can elevate the aesthetics of a garment. We list an objective evaluation of the condition in all product descriptions -- but a subjective evaluation should be made by the observer. 

Authenticity
We do our very best to authenticate each item and to display each piece as transparently as possible for our customers. Therefore we take extra steps to upload a variety of pictures of all labels and tags and attempt to show the details of each garment as clearly as possible. In case you receive an item that you think is not authentic, you absolutely can (and should) return it to us immediately.

Customs
All prices displayed include EU VAT. For orders being shipped outside of the EU, additional customs fees may apply. Notably, for customers in the US, there are no customs fees for orders under $800. As these charges can vary significantly by country, we strongly encourage you to investigate your local customs regulations prior to making a purchase. This will help you avoid unexpected charges. Please be aware that all orders are dispatched from within the EU, specifically Germany, which could have implications for the customs process in your country. We regret that we are unable to include these potential customs charges in the purchase price, and as such, they are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
