Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL, from our offices in Germany. Delivery time depends on the destination country but is generally between one day and one week. The cost depends on your location. Read all the details here!

Returns/Refunds
Returns can be requested within 14 days of your order arriving. The item must be in the same condition the buyer has received it in.

Payments
You can pay using major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Klarna pay later and a number of other payment providers that vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any cash on delivery services.

Customs
All prices displayed include EU VAT. For orders being shipped outside of the EU, additional customs fees may apply. Notably, for customers in the US, there are no customs fees for orders under $800. As these charges can vary significantly by country, we strongly encourage you to investigate your local customs regulations prior to making a purchase. This will help you avoid unexpected charges. Please be aware that all orders are dispatched from within the EU, specifically Germany, which could have implications for the customs process in your country. Do you buy items?
No. We source everything we sell from auctions, exclusively.

When are you open?
We are currently open from mondays to saturdays, from 12 to 6 PM. 

Where are you located?
Oldenburg, Germany. The address is Markt 2/3. We are located between Ahoi and Bar Celona right next to the Rathausplatz in front of the Lambertikirche.
