Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL, from our offices in Germany. Domestic orders are delivered within 1-2 working days and orders from elsewhere in Europe or the UK take between 4-12 working days to arrive. The cost depends on your location.
Shipping outside the EU takes 10-20 working days, depending on location.

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to return an item, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process. You will then be asked to ship the item back to our offices in Germany.
